The election of candidates will take place at the Nation Meeting on March 24th at 18:00 (..) in Metro Bar. To participate at the Nation Meeting, pre-registration is required via the form on the website.
To participate in the meeting, pre-registration through this form is required. A valid membership in Studentlund is also required and only members of Västgöta Nation have the right to vote.

Announcement of proposals for the posts of Quratel and Foremen for the term of office HT26/VT27
Qurator (HT26/VT27)
Elsa Wallman
A unanimous nomination committee proposes Elsa Wallman as Qurator for the term of office in autumn HT26/VT27. Elsa is 23 years old and comes from Staffanstorp. She is currently studying her fifth semester in Lund and her second semester at the teacher program. Elsa has been active with the nation since autumn 2024 and has held several positions of trust during this time. Elsa has been Freda Bar foreman, Novisch foreman and, in the last two semesters, NATU foreman. Through these assignments, she has developed a good understanding of both the nation's activities and its purpose. Elsa has previously worked at international camps for children where she demonstrates good organizational skills and stress resistance.
Elsa cares that Västgöta nation will continue to be the warm, open and welcoming place that it has been during her time with the nation. Elsa is aware of the vital role that the Qurator has in this work along with the rest of the Quratelle. Elsa shows a good understanding that the Qurator should serve as a safe point and bridge for our members, workers, foremen and other parts of the Quratel. Elsa is perceived to be a responsive, warm and confident person. During the interview, Elsa describes that she is comfortable taking on a leadership role but describes the importance of creating a climate and space where all voices are heard and respected. We feel that Elsa's main strength is her natural ability to see situations from a group perspective while treating each individual with respect and consideration. We believe that Elsa Wallman demonstrates a good understanding of what the role of Qurator entails and demands on an organizational and personal level.
The Nomination Committee therefore recommends the National Assembly to elect Elsa Wallman as Qurator
ProQurator Social (HT26/VT27)
Siri Stripple
A unanimous nomination committee proposes Siri Stripple to ProQurator Social for the term of office HT26/VT27. Siri is 22 years old and was both born and raised in Lund. During her time at Lund University, Siri has studied courses in psychology and sociology and has ambitions to obtain a bachelor's degree in psychology. Siri stepped on as Metroforeman during VT24 and has since sat as Freda-bar foreman and most recently as Grand Marshal of Nyckelorden 2026. During her time at The Nation, Siri has accumulated a great deal of knowledge and a wide range of experience in the daily operations of the Nation. This is by working for most of the national committees, as well as by having served as a member of the nomination committee. In addition to her involvement in student life, she has also worked as a camp manager at children's camps. Through these experiences, she has developed a good understanding of leadership, organization and communication.
Siri is an organized, driven and energetic people knower, making her particularly well-suited for the role of ProQurator Social. Siri possesses an ability to work with both short-term and long-term goals and believes that she performs at her best when she gets to work with others. Siri's good understanding of people and ability to respond to situations and her environment with empathy respect and structure believes the nomination committee makes Siri an excellent choice for ProQurator Social.
The Nomination Committee therefore recommends the National Assembly to elect Siri Stripple to ProQurator Social
